Please only declare the swimmer who is in this age group. For example, if you have one 6 year old child and one 10 year old child, declare your 6 year old ONLY in the "8 & Under Meet". Go to the "9-12 Meet" to declare the 10 year old child. Declare your child even if you don't think they're fast enough. It's impossible to see in advance if your swimmer will qualify, and we cannot add them after the fact.
Swimmers may only qualify in the events they swam at Divsionals.
If you mark your child as attending and do NOT attend All Stars (barring illness or emergency), your swimmer will lose their eligibility to attend All Stars in the future.
The list of qualifiers will only be published after all teams in the league have held their Divisionals meets. We will send the list out as soon as we receive it.

Divisionals Meet. Every swimmer who has participated in at least one regular season meet (not Time Trials) is eligible and strongly encouraged to attend. Houndslake will host Hammond Hills at home. The other two teams from our division (Springlakes & Knob Hill) will compete against each other. The scores from both meets will be combined virtually. Warm-up times are estimated to begin around 4:30-5:30. Estimated start time of the meet is 6pm. |

2024 Time Trials
Houndslake Pool

Join us for our Time Trials! This will be run as an intra-squad scrimmage to get kids used to the format of a meet. We'll also train parents how to do the various volunteer jobs, making an effort to pair newbies up with someone more experienced. Parents will need to sign up for all the usual jobs. Because it's a fast meet, parents must work the whole meet as we will not switch at the half. All athletes are encouraged to participate. This is the only meet that coaches will be in the water to help our developing swimmers, so please do your best to attend and cheer on every kid. The events available are freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, and butterfly. There is no limit on number of events. Swimmers will be entered in as many events as the coaches feel is appropriate. Their times will be used to help coaches learn our swimmers' strengths and weaknesses, organize for future meets, and get a baseline in order to evaluate improvements over the course of the season. Concessions will be available. |

A parent meeting focused on first-time swim parents. Returning parents are also welcome. We will be going over the basics of swim team and answering any questions you may have about meets, practices, and swimming in general. Meet at the picnic tables outside of the pool! This will be a duplicate meeting from the one on May 9th. The information shared will be identical. We ask you to please attend either this meeting or the previous meeting, not both. |

2024 Pre Season Week

Join us for our pre-season week! The cost is $10 per swimmer per day. Attend as little as one day or as many as all five. Sign up here on our Google Form. Signing up helps us to ensure adequate staffing numbers for safety. It also gives us a way to contact you in the event of weather cancellation or delay. Practice Times
Led by our Head Coach Susie Adams, these 1-hour lessons will focus on getting ready for swim season: developing comfort in the water for our newer swimmers and refreshing that muscle memory for our older swimmers. These should not be seen as learn-to-swim; swimmers should already have the ability to "rescue swim". The water is typically still quite cold during this week, so make sure to bring something to bundle up in after practice! |
