Houndslake Swim Team

A note about fees:

Our team is entirely managed by volunteers. Swimming is expensive, but we do our best to ensure to keep our fees as low as possible. Your swimmer fees only covers the cost of direct expenses, like insurance, coaching salaries and ribbons.

Registration fees do not cover annual costs like storage fees and equipment repairs. In order to cover those costs, HST raises funds by selling concessions at home meets, offering sponsorships, and selling t-shirts. 

For 2026 and beyond, our goals include repairing the lights at the pool, building a lane line cover/shed, and replacing the lane lines.

2026 Required Fees:

• $115 per swimmer fee, capped at $345 per family
  • What does that fee cover?
    • Required CSRA Swim League Fees
    • Meet insurance at both home and away meets
    • Coaching costs for daily practices
    • Meet expenses
    • Ribbons & awards
• $80 per swimmer pool fee
  • No charge if you are already a member of Houndslake Country Club.
  • Capped at $95 per family.
  • Can be applied towards HLCC summer pool membership.
• One case of drinks donation required: Water, Cokes, Gatorades, etc. 

Optional Costs

• Team bathing suit. 
  • If you do not wish to purchase a team suit, plan to wear a plain black or green competition-style suit that is free of other team logos (no high school team suits).
  • Previous styles from HST are allowed.
  • Team swim cap ($3 if purhcased through registration form, $5 to purchase any other time in the season)
• T-shirts/bag/towels/concessions. We thank you for your support!
• End of season coaches gift.
